Become part of the creative process by commissioning your own unique piece of art.

1. Submit a Request Form:

Fill out the form below with details and information about you and your custom piece! We will touch base with you once we have received it.

2. You will: receive a contract and invoice for deposit 
Deposit = 50% of total. Once this has been signed and paid we will add you to our calendar. 

Design takes 2-3 months. If time is a constraint, please contact amtcollections.contact@gmail.com for an estimated start date.

3. Creation.
AMT will work on the piece and upon completion, we will send you photos of your custom painting.

Payment:
We will e-mail you an invoice. You can pay it online via e-transfer!

Timeline: 50% deposit will be due upon agreement / 50% payment will be due after approval, before delivery.

Shipping:
Shipping will be billed upon receipt via online invoice.

If you are local to Chicago, you are welcome to pick up the painting.

Return Policy:
All sales are final.
